1. Agreement and operator

These Terms govern your use of ActualFleet, a service operated by Mulberry Cosmetics Ltd. By using the service or submitting a contribution, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use or contribute to the service.

You must be at least 16 and legally able to agree to these Terms.

2. What ActualFleet provides

ActualFleet collects and reviews fleet observations and uses them to estimate which vehicle models may appear within a rental category at a place and time. Forecasts, percentages, rankings, photos, badges, and evidence labels are informational estimates, not promises of live inventory or a particular vehicle.

Rental fleets move constantly, categories and provider practices change, and samples may be incomplete or outdated. Confirm important details directly with the rental provider before booking or traveling. Your reservation and rental agreement are between you and the rental provider.

3. Independent service and trademarks

ActualFleet is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an agent of any rental company, airport, vehicle manufacturer, or booking platform unless we explicitly say otherwise. Their names, logos, category names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the relevant service or vehicle.

4. Contributor accounts and public credit

An account is optional for submitting evidence. Google sign-in lets you preserve credit across devices. If you choose public attribution, an approved contribution may display your chosen name, public contributor profile, contribution history, and earned badges. Your email is not public. Badges reflect approved activity inside ActualFleet and are not professional credentials or endorsements.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Contact us if you believe an account or attribution has been misused.

5. What you promise when contributing

When you submit a report, scan, photo, video, link, note, or other material, you confirm that:

• The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and is not intentionally misleading.
• You created the material yourself or have all permissions needed to submit it and grant the license below.
• Your contribution does not infringe copyright, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, contract, or other rights.
• You did not trespass, enter a restricted area, drive unsafely, obstruct operations, or break a rule or law to collect it.
• You will not upload malware, private documents, unnecessary personal information, or content primarily focused on identifiable people.

6. License for contributed material

You keep any ownership you have in your contribution. You grant Mulberry Cosmetics Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, review, verify, analyze, transcode, crop, blur, redact, translate, combine with other evidence, create derived data from, and publish approved material for operating, explaining, improving, and promoting ActualFleet.

This license includes permission to use service providers and distribution channels for those purposes, and to display the public credit you selected. We will not sell your photo or video as a standalone stock asset. You may request removal of public material or attribution. We will act where reasonably possible, but anonymous facts, aggregate statistics, internal audit records, and derived research already created from a valid contribution may remain where needed for integrity, security, or legal obligations.

7. Review and moderation

Submission does not guarantee publication, verification, attribution, or a badge. We may contact you, correct formatting, classify, blur, restrict, reject, remove, or preserve material for review. We may suspend access or refuse submissions that appear unsafe, unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, duplicative, or technically harmful.

8. Acceptable use

Do not scrape or overload the service, bypass access controls or rate limits, probe private systems, impersonate others, reverse engineer protected workflows, use the service to harass or track a person, or republish substantial parts of ActualFleet as a competing database without permission. Normal personal use, links, quotations, and good-faith research discussion are welcome.

9. Availability and third-party services

We may change, pause, or discontinue features and supported locations. ActualFleet may link to or rely on third-party services. We do not control their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ActualFleet is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in the service is travel, legal, financial, safety, or rental-contract advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mulberry Cosmetics Ltd and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for a rental outcome, booking decision, missed trip, lost data, or reliance on a forecast. These Terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms as ActualFleet changes. The posted version and effective date apply from publication; we will request fresh consent where required for a material change to contribution rights. These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Israel, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
