Evidence before certainty

How our forecast works

We turn multiple verified fleet signals into a cautious view of what may be available within your booked rental category.

01

Collect independent signals

We use publicly available information and independent fleet observations collected directly or on our behalf by field researchers.

02

Verify identity and category separately

A vehicle model must be visually verified. Its rental category must come from the rental company’s official terminology—we do not guess class from body shape.

03

Clean and combine the evidence

We normalize spelling and punctuation, separate repeat sightings from distinct physical vehicles when an internal identifier is available, and combine independent checks.

04

Weight the forecast cautiously

Each model’s estimated chance starts with its share of verified observations. Percentages stay hidden below five vehicles, samples below ten are labeled limited, and older evidence receives less weight.

What the customer sees

Useful aggregates, not operational source details

The public forecast shows model chances only when the sample supports them, alongside sighting counts, independent-check counts, an explicit freshness label, and an evidence status. Observations older than one year stay outside the active forecast. Raw vehicle identifiers and detailed sources remain in our protected internal audit trail.

What the forecast means

Observed pattern, not guaranteed inventory

Airport fleets move constantly. A forecast can help set expectations and compare options, but the exact vehicle at the counter will always depend on live availability.
